Also can the Velka 5 support a SFX L?
Interested in this model.
Standard SFX with enough power seem to be very expensive in my country.
Yes, but you will lose space for one 2.5" drive. I would recommend using M.2 storage if you can.

I always feel like if we can get the psu cord go out of the io shield side, then we can lay it down.Has anyone tried flipping the Velka 5 so the front panel is facing downwards (with some feet probably since the power button is sticking out), and the IO on the top will be at the back?
So basically just another sandwich style case but smaller.

But there is nothing that takes up this little sapce on the desk in the ~7l range. It would make it look cleaner I'd think. May be worth a poll to see if there is any/enough interest for it. It would be an additional accessory which i'd gladly pay for. Just my 2¢No, it would increase the case volume to at least 7 liters and a case with a slim layout of equal volume and desk footprint would be more practical in just about every regard. It would be more flexible in orientation, be better suited for liquid cooling the CPU when a short graphics card is installed, potentially allow for larger graphics card heatsinks or extra storage, and have more easily accessible I/O at the back as opposed to at the top under a cover.
You can expect to see a slim case like that or a horizontal version of the Velka 5 some time in the future, but definitely not a vertical case with top I/O and cover.

Yes, but it's natural asthetic wouldn't match, the button would be on bottom (or top if you had io on bottom). Idk... Just my thoughts.A vertically oriented slim 7 liter case could take up the same amount of desk space.
Is the Velka 5's power button a standard 16mm anti-vandal switch that can be replaced?
MichaelRear slots
Michael, can I get the offset of
Can I get the horizontal offset of the rear slots from the back plate ??
Sorry, I have misread your previous question. To mount a 3.5" drive, you will need to use the round holes instead of the slots and use the case in dual slot mode. They are 6.5 mm away from the back panel.
Just watched it and suddenly feel the need to build one... ?
Any support / plans to support SFX power supplies or 80x80x25mm case fans?
