Hi guys,
Can you confirm me, that I can fit my ftw3 with waterblock in this case?
If yes, I need to buy reservoir and fittings to this week
Thanks!

I know the evga ftw3 air cooled and aio hybrid fit. But if you are looking at adding a waterblock like the EK-FC1080 GTX TI FTW3 RGB cooler it will depend on the size of the waterblock cooler, the EK one I just mentioned looks to me to be a bit too big. From the bottom edge of the card to side panel you have about 5.75 inches and that waterblock looks to be a solid 6 inches. http://www.performance-pcs.com/medi...drawings_ek-fc_1080_gtx_ti_ftw3_rgb_tl.v1.jpg Image on page http://www.performance-pcs.com/ek-f...r-geforce-gtx-1080-ti-ftw3-graphics-card.html

If you have a different waterblock in mind it would depend on the size of that waterblock.

Generally Cerberus is accepting GPU with somehow 140-150mm tall.
So basically, you can consider that reference gpu (no taller than pcie bracket) could have a waterblock with no big deal.

However, as soon as you gpu is taller than pcie bracket, you can consider it's not feasible to apply waterblock on it.
Back to your GTX 1080ti FTW3, you cannot watercooling it (with standard customed waterblocks like EK, Swiftech, etc) inside cerberus as it's taller than pcie bracket (ie 142.69mm tall instead of 120mm for standard model)

After why do you want to watercool a FTW3 as it's a great performer already in air? Performance advantage linked to watercooling is very minimal on Pascal (and even on Turing).
I think, the best combo on this case can be c14s with gpu watercooled (no more hot air into it) with rad in both or front.
ftw3 is 4 degrees hotter than asus strix, but was dual slot and I put it in a dan a4 sfx while cerberus come to home.
What do you think about that?

Ps: I can get a 1080ti aorus, 149mm (I think we have 152mm o cerberus?)

If you are not a huge cpu overclocker, going to Noctua C14S (fan in exhaust mode) + dual 120mm intake fan at bottom + FTW 1080ti is a great combo, full & effective air cooling.
I've done this combo with my Cerberus-X and MSI Gaming X GTX 1080ti...it was my best setup giving best gpu temperature and noise.

But i think with a waterblock in gpu you can get internal's "cold" air. You have not a 75° component in the case, you replace this aire with a radiator with 40-45°

@MarcParis
When are you taking the plunge to full water cooling, you’ve done exhausted every other air cooling setup !!! :D
Well, answer is simple : never on this setup as my Gaming X GTX 1080ti is too tall to receive waterblock inside Cerberus.
To be honest, I'm less and less insterested to watercool GPU as lower temperature is not bringing significant gain, at least on Nvidia Pascal (or Turing). If I was on Vega 64...watercooling is still effective as it's a toaster and auto frequency booster is less restrictive than Nvidia..;)

Wait wait wait! Than, because I am trying to go with the 2 TItan V watercooled, and in future at the bottom a blower style GPU, you suggest the bottom radiator to be configured as intake or exhaust? The build is getting closer and closer! Finally DHL has found my CPU

as far as i remembered I'm betting on full exhaust on your setup..:)

okay it's kinda tricky: https://www.ekwb.com/shop/EK-IM/EK-IM-3831109863800.pdf (see marked page 9 for orientation limitations)

the case would only fit the 240mm Radiator model according to my notes
  • it can't be mounted at the bottom due to the pump not getting enough water flow, unless you don't mind laying your case on its side forever

  • it can mount at the front. you might not be able mount the top or bottom 2 out of the 8 screws of the fan (depending of the offset), but otherwise that'll be the one with least functional issues. You'll need a rear PSU mount plate for this

  • Side hinge is doable, but there won't be space for any standard PSU mounting
(unless you're okay with mount the PSU by its fan elsewhere. if you're doing this, you'd need the front PSU bracket for the power extender cable)
GPUs, as mentioned, only reference heights (no MSI Gaming X or ASUS Strix)

Yes, this will be a big problem. I want less pipes and WC components in the case to get more space for other stuff.
So, another time to the drawing paper...
