I'm currently still using the N-Atx and wanted to install my 5090 into the Cerberus X, but I couldn't find anywhere if it actually fits.

Your welcome.
Normally in the Cerberus-X, you can fit the RTX 5090 FE and the Ventus version (but potentially you need to open the front panel)

Thats no Problem. Do ypu have considered making fans under the front cover for better airflow inside?

I did try that, back to 2017, it was not helping much compared to bottom fan.
