copy and paste:

I have my 1080ti in 0.900v 1900mhz but I can get 0.900v 1935mhz (1 mhz more, and crash)

And this is my watercooled gpu:
Are you playing with gsync and in what resolution..:)
I want to test your gpu cooling..:)

Is my second line in your first quote! :

And no, i dont play with gsync, I limit my fps at 150 with tiva tunner static server
Well 2k resolution, i suppose it’s 1080p..:) (was not sure)

At you are limiting your fps at 150, that’s why your gpu power usage is limited to 200w. Standard 1080ti power is around 250w at full load.
That’s also why your sf600 fan is not spinning.

Could you try, just for fun, bf1 with no fps cap please?

Gpu power is limited because I'm undervolting it.
I will play now 20 or 30 min without cap.

I have exactly the same settings than ncase and dan (no oc cpu here) and the sf600 is very loud, but in this build i cant even ear it

No fps caps (200 fps battlefield engine cap)

Eiswolf is a nice solution for gpu.
If I reset msi afterburner and play at 1981mhz my gpu get 38°

This is my actual undervolt 1900mhz 0,9v aprox:

Yes I fully agree on SF600..it's pretty loud in warm environnement.
I guess that your cerberus setup has more air to breath, by far, vs dan case.

Definitely undervolting your gtx 1080ti is succesful..;)

Now you can even increase voltage and core speed..;)

Cool! Actually mine is 60mm tube. I have the D5 as well, I'll decide later which one to use! Till 160/165 can fit with no problem with the GPU in the 1st slot. ;)
Yep, exactly same requirements for me :)
mini-ITX board height - PCIEX slot height = 160/165 mm :)))

is there room for a 92mm fan if I use front sfx mounting kit? just wondering because Im concered about vrm temps on maximus x hero with 8700k 5ghz 1.25volt. This board doesn’t come with a temp sensor for vrm and when I touch it, it’s pretty hot. I currently have 2 exhaust fans for them. Im using my case open and psu is literally outside of the case because although this 1200watt atx fits in the case, its way too big and im not moving around with my pc yet. (getting evga 650gm which is sfx)

Yes with the internal SFX kit. The plate that covers the rear has a cutout for a 92mm fan.

You could also get an aftermarket VRM heatsink.

The VRM on the Maximus x hero should be fine. I’m running an 8086K at 5.2 GHz 1.374 volts with a single 40mm Noctua cooling VRM. The Strix Z370-G has far worse mosfets than the Maximus board. Hot to the touch isn’t the best method of testing thermals.

ASUS has little 40mm/50mm fan holders that can be screwed onto a motherboard standoff and those do the job.

I think brianjjy meant whether there would be room under the sfx (or sfx-L) when it is mounted on the front, as in putting the fan on the front grill.
