Something I wonder, and which I was kinda annoyed that Linus never showed in his video, is how did they re-attach the top-shroud of the xbox again? With this layout and design, there is no way to re-insert the corner-screws and stand-offs. Did they just put the shell back on without screwing it together?

What are your plans for that "issue"? How are you going to re-attach the top part of the Xbox to the lower part? This is why I built my personal Xbox inside the original heatshield, to also get room for the screws and stand-offs.

Looks sweet! A little beefier than the Dreamcast I'm building, I wish I'd chosen a bigger console now, like a fat PS2 or one of these. Much more flexibility with layout.
