Another update. I am happy with the current setup (for now).

Assembled and in the midst of stress tests:

I changed watercooling from parallel loop to series loop, and routed the soft tubing to and from the radiator to behind the graphics card.
Temperatures aren't as good for synthetic tests as I'd hoped with a 360 radiator. But gaming and productivity tasks temperatures are OK. I only had time to run some short tests:
Prime95 small FFT (max heat)
CPU 75c @ 1300 rpm after 5 minutes
CPU 75c @ 1450 rpm after 10 minutes

Prime95 Large FFT:
CPU 65c @ 850 rpm after 5 minutes
CPU 69c @ 1000 rpm after 10 minutes

Prime95 small FFT & Valley ultra settings
CPU 75c @ 1500 rpm after 5 minutes
GPU 51c

CPU 78c @ 1620 rpm after 10 minutes
GPU 53c

Gaming:
CPU 60c, GPU 54c, 1620 rpm after 30 minutes

3D rendering:
CPU 66c, 1200 rpm after 30 minutes

Turned off the light strips to take this picture:

Silly unicorn explosion colors...

Nice looking setup indeed!
Well done!

Aer rgb are not best fan for watercooling as you need to crank up fan speed quite high to get pressure..:) however they look gorgeous.

What is your cpu? 7700k? 5ghz?vcore?delid?

Ps : i appreciate your testing method...it's perfectly clear..:)

Thank you!
I'm running a 6700K, OC: 4.6ghz, 1.36v(?), for benchmarks.
I'll usually run it at 4.2ghz for day to day tasks.

In that case, considering your cpu, your cpu temperature you mentionned are too high...you should be around 60°c on prime 95..:)

What is your pump speed? Does front panel is not blocking air exhaust?

The CPU is also delidded. My chip is also not a good OC chip.

The temperaturea are even higher than when these same components are in my NCase M1 (bottom 240 + rear 92 radiators).

I removed all front filters as it is exhaust.

Yes the front panel is partially covering about 30-40mm of the radiator. I may have to cut or drill holes to fully expose the top 30-40mm of front panel that's covering the radiator.

I may have to try some better fans. I do have a few other fans I can try. (Corsair plain SP fans, Noctua 12s, Vardars, etc) They're less pretty though.

After you can try fan in pull mode to have good air intake..but i fear exhausted air will be too hot due to gpu...but worth trial..:)

Ok will give that a try. Even though this case is large for my ITX components, it builds about the same as most SSF. 140mm width is definitely tight.

Minor change:

I swapped out the three NZXT Aer RGB 120s for EKWB Vardar F4-120ER. Much more powerful (and appropriate) fans for radiator cooling. The fans are set to pull intake. Yes I know... the white fans are not the best match in a black/gray theme build, but they're what I had around.

I had to use a long twist tie to "hang" the left side of the graphics card. The support which came with the case didn't fit well on the back panel, and wasn't strong enough to hold up the heavy graphics card waterblock/ backplate.

The 6700k has a very slight OC (4.2). Not the same as last test, but a work realistic setting for my day to day gaming / work. GPU is overclocked at +160mhz.

Quick torture test, running Prime95 small FFT and Unigine Valley at the same time, for 35 minutes:
CPU hovers around 65c
GPU hovers around 47c
Coolant (distilled water) is at 38c

I'm pretty happy with these temps. I'm going to let this sit a bit longer to check in temps once the system is fully soaked with heat to see what temperatures are.

Thanks for the suggestions to swap out / reverse fan direction!

Good..good...far better temps!
EK Vardar are pretty good on pull on radiator (normal as they are copying/pasting best ones, Scythe/Servo Gentle Typhoon..:))

I'm glad you are reaching normal temps...and now it's time for better cpu overcloking...at least 4.6Ghz..:D

Try my new finding to test OC cpu stability with Intel Burn Test (stress level set to High, 2 times 10 runs..:D) : it's validating both maximum heat and stability, far better and quicker than OCCT & Prime 95

at what speed are spinning your EK-Vardar F4-120ER?

If you live in US/CAN, I suggest you try those wonders :

Ok, I'll test it with higher OC, and try out the Burn Test.
The Vardars are running at 1000-1100 rpm.
I've heard good things about Gentle Typhoons.

I discovered gentle typhoons back to 2008..:)
It took years to competition to match their performance/noise...even today its ratio is still the best..:)
Vardars match their performance but are louder
Noctua ppc f12 are performing less and are a bit louder
Fractal design hp12 match performance but are louder from 800rpm
Bequiet have same noise output but are outperformed on radiator

My best hope to beat gentle typhoon are new incoming noctua nf-a12...announced at last computex...and they look like gentle typhoon..:)

Yeah, at 2100-2200 rpm, the Vardars can be quite loud. Fortunately, it runs quiet and cools relatively effectively at lower rpm in my use case.

I was going to pull the trigger and buy this seeing as I would like my ATX board to last a good year more at least, plus I can just chuck an ITX in there when I upgrade when Coffee Lake comes out, but then I saw the window was actually on the opposite side to most case windows and wouldn't fit my desk layout.

I guess I could wall mount it... hmm
