Not sure about the car however they are portal axles. and they are not made for anything. At a guess id say it is a Jeep looking at the tire size and braking setup. however it could be a Landcruiser also as everything is modified.

I had the opposite train of thought, they were off-road tires so I assumed they were going to be different than factory spec for whatever th car was.

Your new mystery car is giving me a Mazda/ford feeling

Hint: aside from Fiat (heh), this brand is quite likely the most frequent brand in this thread.

I think we only got those as grey imports here in Australia, but I could be wrong! Either way not a common sight!
