I knew I had seen it although it's been years since I saw one. Actually thought it was a Mercury at first and wasted some time searching there before I made it to Buick.

There were a lot of these "land yachts" here in the US in the early 70's and styling wasn't the best.

Looks like a Citroen CX, all I could find is that these 3-axle variants might be called "CX Loadrunner" and were made by some 3rd party manufacturers in France and Germany?
