Here are the final product pictures :)

Can you recommend the best Noctua cooler for the DAN C4-SFX? Various product shots show a Noctua D12L (above, dual fan, 1x side intake spot blocked), U9S (dual fan, 1x side intake spot blocked) and C14S (2x side intake spots open, 1x directly cooling C14S) - which of these would be your preferred option?

Also, would a T30 or other 30mm fan fit on the side intake above the C14S?

Building a sff setup in a temporary case now and planning to transfer to C4-SFX as soon as I can buy one.

Thanks for all your amazing work!

On this page you can find a performance value for every Noctua heatsink: https://noctua.at/en/noctua-standardised-performance-rating
The D12L is the best.

You can fit a 25mm thick fan above the C14s.
Great to hear - do you recommend setting tower coolers like the D12L up to intake or exhaust?

In some other case designs (eg. NR200) the C14S outperforms the D12L by intaking cold air directly from the side panel (despite the D12L's higher performance rating) so thought it might be a better fit for this case too.

The D12S does seem to create fewer compatibility issues than the C14S though so good to hear that's the best option.

Dan, do you have any interest in sell this case in Brazil? We have a good SFF comunity, so maybe one store have interest in buy some.

Best 4080/4090 card for the C4-SFX case out of the MSI Ventus 3x, MSI Gaming Trio, and 4090 FE?

MSI Ventus 3x 4080/4090 - deshroud, use short remaining heatsink with 2x 25-30mm intake fans
MSI Gaming Trio 4080/4090 - deshroud, use tall remaining heatsink with 2x 15mm intake fans (full 25mm might just fit?)
4080/4090 FE - use existing cooler with 2x 15mm intake fans, with cooler pushing exhaust into FE channel

I'm not sure if it's possible to figure out the physical height of the deshrouded MSI cards so I'm guessing based on board pics (link below shows both).

Considering a 4090 MSI Gaming Trio since it's the easiest to find model that is listed as fitting the C4-SFX. Is this model a really tight squeeze?

The Gaming Trio is listed as compatible on the first page of the thread, but at 140mm tall it's pretty massive. Have the Corsair 12VHPWR cable, but ordered the silicone moddiy 12VHPWR cable in case I need a few extra mm to get the side panel closed.

The more compact MSI 4090 Ventus appears to be non-existent inventory wise like most MSRP models so not really an option.

For anyone considering air cooling in the C4 here is a great comparison. The Thermalright Peerless Assassin puts in some serious numbers for about half the price of the NH-D15.
