Hello, my search for an all metal mATX case that is elegant, durable, and compact, yet still allows plenty of room for great thermals/air flow has brought me here. All I can say is wow, you have created a beautiful chassis with exceptional detail. The mATX scene absolutely needs this product, and I really feel this will be a game changer. With that being said, I have two questions,

1) Where can I obtain this beautiful case?
2) Are there any plans to create dust filters?

props guys, I can't wait to get my hands on this

*edit for spelling.

Welcome to the forum!

It's not available yet. We're working on getting the case to production but have run into some setbacks recently so nothing to announce yet.

We won't be bundling dust filters. There has been lots of debate over it but according to surveys we've run it seems to be a vocal minority that want them and it would make an expensive case even more expensive. We'll design and test fit a set of custom Demcifilters so those that want filters can order some from them.

Have you considered working with DEMCiflex?
My understanding is that, since they work mostly on a custom basis anyways, all you have to do is send in a list of measurements for any vents, and they can offer all the relevant filters on their webstore.

At the very least we'd publish the necessary info/dimensions for folks to use when ordering filters themselves, but we'll probably mention our enclosure to them and see if the decide to "officially" list it on their website. Either way, it would be straightforward to get custom filters.

Welcome to the forum! You're not late, the party hasn't started yet due to unforeseen delays :p

At this point it looks like we'll be keeping the swappable rear plates like on the prototype for production. So yes, with an ATX to SFX adapter you could mount a SFX-L power supply to the rear or you could still mount it to the front.

Thick rads with dual GPUs is very difficult. On the bottom it'd run into the bottom card and on the front it'd run into the motherboard. So I'd stick to 25-40mm rads.

If you don't mind the HDD bracket resting on top of the top GPU that could maybe work. I don't think you could easily hang the HDD bracket off the PCIe slots since it'd put a lot of torque on it.

Possibly on the bottom with a slim rad and slim fans. Definitely not on the front with the mATX version.
Fantastic! This case is just absolutely (almost) perfect! Great work guys, I'll definitely keep an eye on this and keep planning my build. I forgot about my post since I never got an email, lmao. The ATX version looks great too, however I want a minimalist dual graphics card. Now for the HDD bracket idea, I think its possible since it would be maybe one 3.5" drive and a 2.5" drive, plus I need to find room.

One last question, will the corsair hydro h100i radiator, a 240, fit vertically off of the PSU/HDD adapter that swings out? I'm on a budget so I might need to get an i5 and heavily overclock it (weird, I know, but i'm gonna be running it stock on a stock rad for a while).

You may double-check the email address on file is correct. Also, I'm not sure if email notifications for watched threads is the default setting. Also, you may check the spam folder.

Uh, I guess that could maybe work but why not mount it to the front? That would only really work with a rear-mounted PSU and short cards anyway so the front of the frame would be clear.

I was thinking of having a 240 in the front, bottom, and hanging from the PSU bracket but I wasnt sure if a single pump would be a good idea. Thats when I thought maybe a closed loop 240 later on in the build would be a good idea. I'm still deciding but I want the best temps in as small a space as possible. I'll have to do more research.

I'm pretty sure there isn't room for 3 x 240mm rads no matter how you arrange things. For dual Nano's/1070's then dual 240mm is plenty.

And really, considering the 295X2 has a 120mm rad then I'd say a single 240 for the GPUs would be plenty.

Why don't you guys start another crowd funding campaign? I would have backed the Cerberus on kickstarter had I known. This case needs to hit the market, it's too good of a product to be held back.

Well, the first campaign failed and there's no reason to expect another campaign with the same goal would suddenly succeed now. So we have to aim for a smaller production quantity, hence the changes we've been considering.

You can subscribe to the Newsletter to be kept up to date with any progress: http://www.kimeraindustries.com/subscribe/
That way you'll get an e-mail when there is something new and concrete. Or follow this thread on the forum for more detailed and relevant info.

So I assume this means anyone who was not involved in the Kickstarter campaign but is interested enough to obtain it can sign up? Thanks for the heads up by the way.

Once we finally start taking orders for the production run, it will not be limited to those who had backed the campaign. Anyone who's interested will be able to order a case at that time.

If you don't mind my asking...what is the expected price for the case? I'll need to save up from now haha.

what was the original kickstarter price? I am assuming that the price of this case will come in north of the kickstarter campaign because of lower volume.

About $250 + shipping for the base model is what we are still aiming for.

Wishing the case was ready, so I could ditch my tiny ncase and install dual RX480's coming out next week haha. Any news from the supplier?

I know what you mean brother, I have a 1080 in my ncase, but I have an extra 1080 waiting for the Cerberus. I'm excited for and zen as well, I plan to drop the nh c15s inside considering I hate aio coolers.
