This is not an exhaustive list, focused primarily on current gen top-tier cards (as these tend to be the largest). Downrange models often share designs with higher end models, so this should still be useful for determining compatibility with many of those cards. Note that until verified by users, compatibility is a best guess based on published specs and product photos, and will tend to be conservative.

Generally speaking, nvidia and AMD reference/Founder's Edition cards will always fit.

  • 322mm (cards up to 45mm (2.2 slots) thick)
  • 280mm (cards up to 60mm (3 slots) thick)
  • 300mm (cards up to 60mm (3 slots) thick with front I/O ports removed)
Maximum height (AKA width)​
  • 140mm at mid-card
  • 130mm (first 5mm at back corner)
  • 125mm (portion of card over 280mm long)
  • Please allow 15-20mm for PCIe power connectors

@Necere I would really love to see an aditional colum in the compatibility table for "fits deshrouded" - with 15mm or with 25mm fans underneath.

Since deshrouding is one of the greatest things to do with our NCase.
That's hard to track since I have to depend entirely on user reports. Right now I couldn't tell you offhand a single card that I know fits deshrouded.

Long time lurker, since the V5 !

So, from what I've gathered here, if I want the Asus TUF OC, I would likely have to deshroud the GPU since I already have 2x A12x15 feeding air from the bottom.

As seen here, with shroud it's a tight fit !

But Deshrouded, it fits well even with 2x A12x25

Now, I would have to order 2x 8-Pin Type-B 180 degree connector to be able to close the side panel flush (no bulge).

Did I miss any steps ? Remove the Front connector to fit the card maybe?

What do you guys think?

Also I think this is a good candidate for deshroud but there is 2 warranty stickers. Probably I'm not gonna bother with it unless the noise gets me at some point.

Hey there, long time lurker in this thread. I have the same, I had no trouble fitting this card without cutting anything on the front I/O, audio included in the V6. Perfect fit. Can't post pictures just now as im away until the new year

Not sure this is related to gpu compatability... but why not just get a splitter cable/cables and run your fans off your mobo? You can run multiple fans per header. It'd be cheaper and easier, plus you can only fit so many fans in an ncase.

I would just remove the 2x 25 fans and let the 3x fans on the GPU do their thing. This is what I ended up with and it works well and no need to worry about any warranty issues.

The card fits perfectly without the bottom case fans and was a very easy install for me, no issue at all. You definitely do need the 180 degree adapters or the case simply will not close. At least mine wont!

Uber noob in the SFF but has been inspired watching Optimum Tech to build with the ncase M1 - so I went ahead and bought this amazing looking case.
However I've only managed to snag myself a Zotac 3080 Trinity, which to my dismay, is listed as NOT compatible with this case.
But my question then becomes, how come the Zotact 3090 Trinity is listed as YES (difficult, but still yes), when they both have the same dimension?

See the discussion of the 3080 vs. 3090 Trinity starting on this page (and continuing to the next). For whatever reason the 3080 doesn't seem to fit while the 3090 does.

I just wanted to confirm my understanding that the stock 3070 Gigabyte Gaming OC / Vision cards at 51mm thick would prevent me from having any fans under the GPU (as under 'Bottom fan support' it says "15mm thick fans: up to 2.5-slot (<50mm) cards").

With low sound levels being high priority for me, would you guys suggest letting the stock GPU fans do their own thing without any bottom fan support, or get a card that would allow 15/25mm fans to be installed under the GPU?

They might fit, but I would recommend against it anyway. Having fans right on top of eachother creates turbulence, which increases noise.

Uber noob in the SFF but has been inspired watching Optimum Tech to build with the ncase M1 - so I went ahead and bought this amazing looking case.
However I've only managed to snag myself a Zotac 3080 Trinity, which to my dismay, is listed as NOT compatible with this case.
But my question then becomes, how come the Zotact 3090 Trinity is listed as YES (difficult, but still yes), when they both have the same dimension?

User reports are mixed on this, but IMHO, all the released Zotac 3080/3090 cards will fit the v6 Ncase - but with reverse sag. The 3080 Trinity user considers reverse sag to be incompatible (as I do), but the guys who fitted in the 3080 Holo and 3090 Trinity do not seem to think so.
If you don't want to deshroud the Zotac cards and want to avoid reverse sag, you will need to grind off part of the middle section on the I/O bracket somehow, per pic 4 in Bindi's post that Necere linked. I personally think these cards are better deshrouded - while Zotac did a fine job adding thermal pads to the backplate to reduce VRAM temps, the shroud for the fans will create a rather audible turbulence past 70% fan speed.
