Been looking at the responses for the poll on the case size now. I haven't gotten many, but currently the wider option is looking to be more popular than the narrower one!
Filled the poll

First of all, really nice work!!
I think the wider version is more popular because of the lack of low profile coolers for 39mm, i have only found a few.
Have you though abot placing the 2.5" drive in the front of the case, and then have space enough for a fan in the bottom?
I'm thinking that for the larger case with the Flex PSU, I'll just place the PSU at the bottom of the case. While this won't allow for any longer GPUs, placing it at the bottom makes simplifies the new design (I only have to change two frame pieces) and will make cable management a lot easier.
If you are able to fit a flex, that would be awesome, i have seen some with 500 watts. Do you have a test sketch for something like this?
But with a flex atx psu, a 1070 and a i5 8400 (my setup). I could be worried for rhe temps if there are no fan to circulate the air across.
Well, it's been about a week since I opened the poll and it looks like the wider version will win for size preference. It's winning over the narrow option 10 votes to 4. This is some good feedback. I will say that this was an option that I would consider if there's enough demand there.
I considered the narrow case to be the "default" option, but now with more confidence I can add the wider case as an alternative for people that want to put taller coolers in it.
Hey @CC Ricers , are you still considering supporting the HDPlex 400w DC-ATX unit in this case? Since you've only been mentioning Dynamo and Meanwell in your latest posts.
Hehe, I was indeed referring to the latter, the DC-DC unit. I saw you mention it a couple of pages back and wondered if you dropped the idea of supporting it. Mounting it vertical beneath the gpu might be possible with the current dimensions?
Is 175mm the max length GPU it can fit? I'm looking at something that is 178mm in length and this would be perfect size for my needs.
