Has this project stalled?

Slowed but not stalled. Had everything picked up last week from machine shop and simply need to assemble and test. Currently in the process of opening my own medical clinic and dealing with the tail end of a couple of other things, so heatsink isn't a priority right now. Hope to get to it soon.
