Hello everyone,

I own an ASRock IMB-180 motherboard that currently uses a fanless heatsink that covers both the CPU and the bridge chip.

I noticed that the CPU temperature goes above 80°C during gameplay,
so I'm thinking about replacing the fanless heatsink with 2 separate ones,
one with fan for the CPU,
and an aluminum one for the bridge.

The point is I cannot find the specs of the aluminum heatsink in the red square that you can see from the picture in the following link.

Do you know the model name or the size of this heatsink?

Thank you

That bridge heatsink looks like a 'standard' heatsink to me.
Instead of finding the spec, I suggest taking a more direct and practical approach. That is, just measure the distance between the 2 mounting screws/holes. Then, you can look for 'standard northbridge heatsink' with matching mounting holes.
