We are happy to announce our case Gemcase C9 this is a mini ITX PC case with external volume ~4.4L. The case is designed for a full-fledged computer(internal PSU and GPU) as of workstations or gaming it features space for two full sized 92mm case fans helping to draw cold air into the case not only for CPU but also for DDR, SSD(nvme) and all in case components to maintain a more stable temperature while creating minimal noise. Also our case features the ability to be installed horizontally(HTPC like) and vertically(PC like usual).

Technical characteristics:

Size(Height x Depth x Width): 210mm(8,27") x 208mm(8,2") x 101mm(4")
Weight: 0,8kg
Motherboard: mini ITX (incompatible ASUS ROG STRIX B660, B760)
CPU cooler clearance: 37mm (with 4mm clearance to grille)
DDR clearance: 46mm
Graphic card: low profile(Width 70mm), two slot(Height 40mm), Length 182mm(Gigabyte GeForce RTX4060 Low Profile, RTX A4000 SFF, RTX A2000, GTX1650, GTX1050ti, RX6400)
Storage: only NVME SSD
Power supply: Flex ATX, HDPLEX 250W
Case fans: 2x 92x25mm(top placement - exhaust)
Materials: stainless steel and steel powder coated; front panel - oak(maple) wood with oil coating

Package content: Case, power button, front USB 3.2 Gen2 Type C, screws(including screws for HDPLEX and FLEXatx fixing), rubber feet both for HTPC and PC orientation.
Riser requirements: 180 degrees double reverse riser with riser cable length 18,5cm or full riser length 20cm

Case price - 140€(150$)
If you want to purchase a PC case, you can contact us by email venturedecades@gmail.com, private conversation on the SFF forum or Discord.

Noise reduction

During the development of the case, we also measured the noise generated by the fans, because we wanted to be sure that case doesn't significantly increases noise.

The graph shows measurements of our first prototype and second prototype after the changes were made.
During measurements, the microphone was in close proximity to the fan, so the noise level values can only be taken into account relatively, which means that the difference in level can be taken into account and the order of noise reduction can be accurately determined from this curves.
Also graphs allows us to visually assess and calculate the difference in level and, based on this, accurately determine the order of noise reduction. On average we get 4 dB reduction in noise level, which is significantly noticeable by ear, In numerical value 4dB is equal to 1.58 times which can be expressed as 63%.

Quietness and coolness

First screen - case fans off 10min cpu burn, cpu fan 40% constantly

Second screen - case fans on(curve regulated) 10min cpu burn, cpu fan 40% constantly

We have -9 degrees Celsius difference in CPU temperature, that's impressive! Also what graphs don't show how slowly CPU gets hotter with time(when case fans- on) it is twice as slower comparing to turned off case fans.
Using GPU with open radiator(like RTX 4060 LP) or fan modded RTX A2000(4000) will improve GPU cooling too.

Will it be possible to use this without gpu as an APU case? Or does the PSU stay behind mobo only for a sandwich layout? Basically curious if mobo can be moved all the way to one side.

Thanks for the question! Yes PSU stays behind the motherboard in a sandwich layout, but you still can use case without GPU. Mobo cant be moved to one side, you want to achieve big clearance for CPU cooler?
It is real thing if there is a major request for APU case we will develop it in the near future.

Thanks, yeah if more people are interested it would be nice to see an APU version of the case like the densium APU that got stalled.

Greetings, we have made the final changes to our case and ready to start preorder, if you want to join preorder - read details in the first post.
Attaching photo of so wanted and great Gigabyte RTX 4060 Low Profile inside our Gemcase C9. Looks beautiful!
In the near future we will start to make a custom cables specially for our cases.
P.S.: as for scratches, this is our first prototype, which we destroyed as best as we could and did everything to prevent this from appearing on your cases.

Curious design choice to opt for LP GPU case design in 4L+ chassis
Starting point for the design was to achieve as small case as possible focusing mainly on RTX A2000 as overkill. First real prototypes was about 3,5L.
Than we started measuring, trying, experimenting and thinking how we can improve the design and cooling capabilities, and the second stop was 3,9L.
The last changes leading to 4,4L was announce of a RTX4060 low profile and added ability to install 92x25mm fans.
P.S: Despite increased volume case still has a very small footprint and can compete with cases in its class.

Thanks for sharing. I'm less concerned with cases being small as possible these days myself. I'd sooner sacrifice some volume for increased hardware compatability to certain degree: for example 47mm cooler clearance on Velka 7 vs 37mm on the Velka 5 or 210mm GPU clearance like in Densium 4+ vs 180 or whatever the Densium 4 supports. Giving the target hardware of C9, I'd lose the top fans if it can allow for full height ITX cards. The 4060 LP is cool, but LP GPUs are not all too common and feels like limiting factor for the case (most here may disagree). This is all just personal opinion of course. I did try and email your Gmail, but seems to have bounced for whatever reason. If you have Discord, can also communicate there if you like.

Thank you for sharing your opinion, we all here in searching of a best case we can imagine:)
This case is our middle, in near future there will be two more cases, I wish you can find the one that suits your needs.
Didn’t receive email that’s outrageous.
I will create discord for communication, than PM you on forum.

How long of a riser cable does you case use?

Love the design. ABSOLUTLEY love the extra fans. I always feel like a case, no matter how tiny needs a little air flow.

Thank you very much.
Riser cable needs to be exactly 20cm.
When we first launched our PC in this case first of all we have tested how case fans performs and we were pleasantly surprised, when ran CPU burner with turned off CPU cooler but with case fans on 60%, it take 5 minutes for CPU to reach 80°C and with all fans turned off CPU reached 80°C in about a minute.
So they can't replace CPU cooler they help to draw in cold air and throw hot, this results in softer fan curves and ultimately in quieter PC.
