They're from the local self-pick yards. When that supply dries up, I'll pop down to a couple and get more
The weird two tier look makes me think of something like an MG Comet EV but this looks more bubbly/roundednice, here is the new challenge:
::EDIT:: It's definitely giving micro car vibes, like City Transformer, Tata Nano EV, Citroen Ami or similar (but not actually any of those as far as I can tell)

My friend had the same one (model and color), it did have the bumper but in general didn't look much better 
Is it by any chance one of these? Light cluster looks about right, as well as the general shape / bonnet
