I think your other clue was it also being known as a Velox? I'm not sure if they're the same car with different name...?

That narrows it down...so most likely Honda or Suzuki but I can't find an Acty or Carry that has that grill.

Unless it's a DKW or Piaggio...

It's a completely bog stock vehicle from the other Japanese brand you mentioned.
In fact I think you already said the OLD (or different region?) name for it, but you weren't convinced it was correct.

If you look closely, the image is actually only the BOTTOM of the front grille.. hopefully that helps

Well, you basically had to lead me to it, but a Suzuki Every PZ Turbo (6th gen).
