I also have tinnitus, I wonder how much this helps us. I guess there is an upside!
I'm aiming to use the Giga first, but it's now out of stock at Microcenter. However, no shipping info on the C4 means I may have a bit longer to go. The MSI and AsRock are probably OK boards, I guess I'll just have to wait for the case and then make a choice.
Yeah I can't stand being in silent environment, have to have fan running when going to sleep. A bit of coil whine is not end of the word.

Is it ok to pair the exhaust 140mm fan with the cpu fan in the cpu fan header? (using the recommended air cooling setup)

There are no slim 140mm Noctua fans, so you mean the NF-A12x15, I assume ;)
Yes you are right. I saw they where 25mm instead of 15mm. I think I was confused because Optimum Tech mentioned 140mm fans.

So back to the 120's. And still find out which AIO I'm gonna use.

Where did you find this info?
I saw someone mentioning the Gigabyte B650 in this topic. And the only Gigabyte B650 which fits would be that one. But i couldn't find the dimensions so I'm still checking.

Incorrect... not mATX

This is the Gigabyte I would like to use if it's in stock.
mATX boards will not fit in this case as far as I'm aware.

Got some option for 7900XT but its huge, 320*138*74 mm, and I am not sure will it fit in case with that 1mm above case spec:

3.9 Slot GPU
Height: 137 mm
Width: 79 mm
Length: 334mm

up to 3.5 Slot GPU
Height: 145 mm (PCIe power sockets needs to be 15mm lower)
Width: 70 mm
Length: 336mm

It's too large by 1mm and by 5mm, so no, it won't fit.

I also have my eye on 7900xt, my choice would be sapphire pulse, has enough space to run fans on top of it.

I need some help :(
When I enter the only game installed I hear coil whine. Running a benchmark (like superposition) also creates coil whine as soon as the benchmark is loaded. Trying to pinpoint the noise (which is not too loud) by placing my ear next to the open case... I kinda place it between the motherboard and the GPU (Z790I 4080FE), doesn't seem to be from the PSU (SF750). Is there anything more I can do to determine where it comes from? I have to mention the GPU was in my old PC and I didn't hear anything peculiar.

Stress CPU only and see if still there.....at least that way can eliminate GPU.

Using Cinebench did not reveal coil whine, so I guess it's settled, but isn't it strange the GPU did not have any coil whine in my old PC? (that's the only reason I haven't ruled out the motherboard, however I really have no clue about coil whine issues). If it really is the GPU I guess undervolting it should help (will try that out asap)

Yeah try and undervolt or even frame cap.
