Based on the current listed Pre-order RTX 2080 Series.. as well as all the tested GPUs from Louqe..can anyone make predictions on which card is likely to fit in the case ?

Pretty much the same as a Dan A4 (be sure to thank Dan for doing this)

If you live in a dusty environment, do "not" buy a Founders Card. It will be pure hell to clean it. (According to Gamers Nexus anyway)

"If you live in a dusty environment, do "not" buy a Founders Card. It will be pure hell to clean it." why would it be hell to clean it? its like every other non-blower card! A can of compressed air will work just fine.

Agreed, compressed air is the way to go.

As for servicing the fan - i'd just send it off for repair. That looks like the kind of repair where you find "extra" screws at the end of the job

Where in France do you live? How much do you want to sell it for? Ill be in Paris for about a week in the beginning of December. Why do you want to sell it?
Near Lyon.
Why? Because I don't need it anymore.
I have a job project who take me a lot of time and I won't be at home so much.

Blower style or open fan for GPU ? And why ?
open fan even the cheapest open fan offers better cooling. Plus a blower card will always have the fan running. At least open fan cards can operate silently when not in heavy use. Whlist there will be marginal increase in motherboard and cpu temps, this is vastly offset by the decrease in temps on the gpu. If you are going for a RTX card open fan is the only option.

Don't see the point in purchasing a 2080 now. Benchmarks showing either a -5% to to 10% losses and gains over a 1080Ti. For the price increase over the 1080Ti simply not worth it. There also won't be that many games that fully use ray tracing probably until Q4 2019, and by then Nvidia will probably be releasing new cards. If you can hold off, i would wait until January to see what RTX prices are like.
