@MadDrake you doing custom loop? Make sure you share your build with us. I am interested to know how one would fit the reservoir.:)

I'm going to try it's gonna be pretty tight. My first try at Hardline water cooling. Here's my specs(grabbed the format from someone)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600x
CPU Cooler: ek supremacy Evo
Motherboard: biostar racing x370gtn
RAM: 1 8gb stick of Samsung ddr4 2133mhz
GPU: EVGA - GeForce GTX 980ti Classified will have ek classy block on it.

I've got a couple options for the test system myself:

Option 1:
CPU: i7 7700
CPU Cooler: Noctua L9i
Ram: 2x16gb 2666 DDR4
GPU (option 1): ASUS 1050ti
GPU (option 2): Evga GTX 780
PSU: Corsair SF450
SSD: 256gb 850 evo
SSD: 1Tb Crucial ssd

Option 2:
CPU: R5 1500
CPU Cooler: Wraith Cooler
Ram: 2x8gb 3000mhz DDR4
GPU (option 1): ASUS 1050ti
GPU (option 2): Evga GTX 780
PSU: Corsair SF450
SSD: 256gb 850 evo
HDD: 1 TB 2.5in 7200RPM hdd

Both are currently otherwise sitting in Node 202's and which ever one I decide to transfer, I'll make sure to do some thermal comparisons between the enclosures.

I have two possible builds for this case.

Configuration #1:
CPU: Intel i7-4790K
CPU Cooler: Raijintek Pallas
Motherboard: Asus H81I-Plus
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X (2x8 Gb)
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 SC 6 Gb (single fan)
Primary Samsung 850 Evo 250 Gb 2.5"
Secondary: 1 Tb 2.5" HDD (extra space when using short GPU)
PSU: Corsair SF450

Configuration #2:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1800X
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-L12 with only the bottom 92mm fan
Motherboard: ASRock AB350 Gaming ITX/ac
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V (2x8 Gb)
GPU: MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X
Primary SSD: Toshiba M.2 NVME 500Gb
Secondary SSD: Adata SU650 960 Gb 2.5"
PSU: Corsair SF450

The Ryzen 7 1800X system is currently in my NCASE M1 with a Noctua NH-D9L (2 fans) cooler (I love that cooler) and a dual fan EVGA GTX 1060 6 Gb. The MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X is too tall to fit in the M1, so that is why I may move the 1800X to the Nouvolo Steck.

Oh, rats I didnt realize that, thanks for the heads up. So this is a 7th gen chip and will need a 7th gen board? Or a 9th gen? No matter if anything it makes it cheaper for me.

Although PC Parts Picker didnt show any conflicts...

You need a motherboard with an Intel 100 series or 200 series chipset, but PCPartPicker should definitely help you with that.

Maybe you didn't input the right parts, because when I do it definitely shows they're incompatible.

What is the price of this case ???

- the mesh on top looks pretty restrictive ??
- is it possible to put 2 extenders 1 on top of the other ??

Told you guys I was a noob. But should be a good perspective for how easy the case is to work in and build in even for a novice.

planned asus strix mobo is scarce or not made anymore. But msi still makes the z270i pro carbon so thats looking like the likely option. Thanks for the heads up. Trying to do this upgrade as cheaply as possible from what I have available.

I just finished running the classic cardboard box test bench setup and unlike that ASRock, everything is passing and as good as gold on this Asus. So far, so good! This Asus X470 board is so much better than the ASRock AB350 one I had. For one thing, the CPU fan controller actually follows the real CPU temperature and not the board processor temperature and it is practically instantaneous in adjusting to temperature transients. The ASRock was always pokey about ramping up the fan and its temperature reference followed some oddball CPU sensor on the board rather than the processor’s own temperature sensor. The onboard sound is also delicious. I can immediately tell the improvement with my audiophile grade headphones. Of course, the fan and audio is just the tip of the iceberg and there are so many other things to rave about. Luckily, they had this board on clearance for only $157 at my local Micro Center!

The Pallas is an awesome cooler, but it has fitment issues with many motherboards. Did you by chance try to get it on your asrock b350? Wondering bevabec i have the same board, but didn't buy it again(had it on another system) because of fitment issues

Thanks a lot!! That's FAST!
I would really appreciate if you guys could post your builds. They will be used to support my request for further reviews by other youtubers and/or the rest of the community. All these have been delivered to you by Fedex, which should reach you in matter of days. I can only tell you that it is NOT cheap to ship this way, and I don't make any money out of this batch of sales. But I feel that same excitement as you do, and I wouldn't want to wait too long.

You will be not disappointed!
I guess next weekend I can have it completed! (At the latest week after, It’s only a matter of deadline at work).
Thank you for so much support!

Here is my “über original” cardboard box test bench. (Quick and dirty morning photo before work. No paper white background... yet. ;) )

Yeah, the Pallas is a total pain in the rear to work with. Lots of coolers don't have a fixed cross-bar that goes across the cold plate, but the difficulty of installing a cooler with a non-fixed cross-bar goes up exponentially with such a short, wide cooler. Plus, installing the fan clips is unnecessarily hard. The Pallas does a nice job of cooling, but I don't recommend it. It's RAM clearance is terrible, and it's really restrictive on which orientation you can mount it in. For instance, if you have the ends of the heat pipes facing towards the I/O, you can't install the I/O shield because it will interfere.

I had intended to install it on the Ryzen 7 1800X, but my Ripjaws V RAM is too tall. I had Ripjaws X DDR3 on the i7-4790K set up that I had to swap for Crucial Ballistix (cost me $60) in order to get it to fit on that. With the price of DDR4, I just couldn't afford to swap out the Ripjaws V on the Ryzen 1800X system for something shorter. Other than the RAM height, I think it would have fit on the ASRock AB350.
