What a beautiful sight and likely a deep feeling of accomplishment! You have explained before that this is not final packaging. Do you have some preliminary package designs in mind? Or is that something you will be sorting out closer to or during the Kickstarter?
I have placed order for the packaging, I still owe the supplier the printing design...:(. I will need to submit it by end of this week... LoL thanks for reminding me :)

Cool! It works just like I thought it would, but I wanted to double check with you first to be sure I had all my ducks in a row. Also, I had posted before getting in some other details in, but I have since updated the previous post with more information. The build at present is all purchased and in use including the L12 with the tall RAM which fits in my RVZ02. That means the tall Trident Z DDR4 RAM is indeed compatible with the L12 albeit there is only 2mm or so to spare. The 92mm Delta fan is a more powerful fan, an upgrade over the much slower stock fan in the L12.
Are you sure about the Trident Z? Because the height is 44mm, and the Noctua on the website says that the clearance is 43mm. I am interested as well in this!

Yep! The 43mm they quote is actually so there is sufficient room to between the RAM and cooler to detach and reattach the frame wire that fastens the lower 92mm fan to the cooler. In reality, it is more like 46-47mm. Further, you can actually just leave the fan attached in the first place and never even have to touch the 92mm fan’s metal wire mounting frame at all. Silly me, however, made the mistake of leaving the stock fan on and not putting on the new fan that I had purchased until after mounting the cooler. Silly how things work. Fortunately, it was doable... but let me tell you, twisting, reorienting and sliding the wire frame within that 2-3mm crevice between the cooler fins and the top of the RAM heatsink is not unlike some of those boondoggle puzzles that unlock only with just the right slight of hand. However, to repeat, putting the right fan on first before mounting, I personally guarantee that the NH-L12 and Trident Z DDR4 memory are completely physically compatible with one another.

Amazing videos man!! One question: the top panel seems a bit loosy after placed. It is the PSU cable to cause that?
Anyway, thanks a lot for your continuous work!

All panels are held by magnetic strips. It won't be as secure comparing with clips or screws. But the design is targeted as a desktop so it should be good enough. Yes, you are not supposed to fling it around.;)

Obviously the middle of the top panel is hollow, there is a part of the center spine that sticks higher up to stop the top panel from collapsing down when pressure is applied from the top. The top panel is important for ventilation so nothing should be placed on top of it, so it should be fine.

I have traded a bit of strength for the ease of building the PC (just a flick to detach the panels) and aesthetics (no screw holes seen from outside). I may do clips for later versions but then the clips can be in the way of the graphics card. A bit of a compromise, but I feel it is acceptable, and at the end of the day it's about to get the damn thing shipped :D.

In case people want to mod, there are already screw holes (for glass panels). One can easily drill holes on the side panels to make them screw in.

Hey man, awesome job. Loving this case. Forgive me if this has already been answered, but when are you expecting to put this out for retail purchase? And what CPU cooler did you use in that youtube video, is that the L12s from Noctua?

- yes, it is a NH-L12S
- it is my plan to do a launch in KS, Dec 2018 if possible, but that all depends if marketing can help the product to take off, this batch will be offered at KS launch price (20-30% off from full retail) and be delivered in Jan (as soon as KS campaign successfully ends)
- I am setting up the website, if everything goes silky smooth it will start selling online Jan 2019 (that will be in full retail price), which means it will be delivered probably in Feb

So for those who want to grab one, possibly at a lower price, it really helps if you help spread the word around. Once the website goes up, it will be opened for sign ups. I am still thinking what to offer for early bird sign ups.

Thanks a lot! This save me to buy another RAM! Now it's only a matter of waiting! :)

One last thing. Do note that I said the NH-L12. The NH-L12S will not work with the Trident Z. Fortunately, Noctua brought back the L12 because of a special request from a certain other small form factor case maker. So as long as you purchase an L12, you should be fine. You might also notice on Noctua's site that it states that only the NH-L12S comes with AM4 bracket but this has also changed with the re-release. Contrary to what Noctua's site says, like the L12S, this re-released L12 now also comes with the AM4 bracket (if you need it) in the box. I confirm this since I purchased the NH-L12 as of about a week ago. Silly me had purchased an AM4 bracket but I ended up having to return it due to its sudden inclusion in the re-release.
