120mm Adapter.

Hardware: i5-7400, Strix H270i

Tested using Prime95 + Unigine Valley looping. Measurements taken 3min after warm up, and AVG for 3 min runs. 50W package consumption with default fan control:

  • NF-A12x15 | 68C | 1275RPM | Ratio of RPM to deltaT 30.4
  • NF-A9x14 | 70C | 1790RPM | Ratio of RPM to deltaT 40.7
  • Kazeflex PWM (120x25mm) | 74C | 1050RPM | Ratio of RPM to deltaT 21.9

Using the NF-A12x15 + 8mm adapter, the cooler is much more quiet, since it is spinning at only 1275RPM AVG. You can use the RPM to deltaT for a good check of how effective each type of fan is.

Your set up may vary and I do not guarantee any performance uplift.

New Product:

Adapter for LP53. Adds 2mm to the fan, but helps you keep your build clean.
