This was hard to identify, but I think it is a 1957 to 1961 Borgward Goliath 1100 (later the Hansa 1100).

I searched Google for "defunct 1950s eponymous European car maker" and "defunct 1960s eponymous European car maker" and checked every manufacturer models to find it. I think those (door-mounted?) turn indicators were possibly added on to the vehicle by an owner, since none of the stock photos I have viewed have those turn indicators.
