The front door being a suicide door, but the rear being a normal door is throwing me, never seen that combo before, except on some Austins, but can't find a match.

Maybe a 1930s ish Ford? Similar venting on the sides and headlight design, but I feel like a lot of cars of that era were fairly similar in styling

E.g. this is a 1934 "Ford Deluxe Fordor"

the year is almost right but yes its mid 1930s its european and they still exist today and no its not a multipla as funny as that would have been

If you think of cars and this country the manufacturer is what most people would think of also I have fairly recently posted a car from the same country also both names of the manufacturers is are 4 letters long

EDIT: From my researsh, it could be a Citroën CX modified by TISSIER.
