hmm, Nissan Stagea maybe?
Nope. Far from it.

Those tail lights remind me of the pre-2000s Fiat Punto.
Tail lights are, indeed, a distinctive design feature.

Additional hint:- the colour is also an unique one, assigned/available only to the top-of-the-line version of this model.

Both of you are in Europe and possibly should see this car manufacturer's cars more on the road?
(Fiat is a no-no)

I like those old volvo estates, they can be good for drifting ;)

The use of chrome and black rubber bumper should point to the period from 60's to the 70's.
And, likely to be an European car...unlikely to be a sporty car.
That's all I can come up with.

Nope, something on the other end of the alphabet :)
Ok, so that leaves the Volkswagen 1500 .... which general shape is indeed quite similar to the Simca 1500 🙃 .... time to dig into early 70s VW

Edit : Wait wait .... Triumph also had the 1300 and 1500 ....

Edit² : That rear bumper really bugs me. Cars from that era either had a full chrome one, a chrome one with a wrap around rubber band or just a basic plastic one. This one has chrome with plastic corners 😤

There are older versions with full chrome bumpers and later version with full black plastic, this car run for a really long period :) (read too long lol)
