Nope. Far from it.hmm, Nissan Stagea maybe?
Tail lights are, indeed, a distinctive design feature. Those tail lights remind me of the pre-2000s Fiat Punto.

Additional hint:- the colour is also an unique one, assigned/available only to the top-of-the-line version of this model.
Both of you are in Europe and possibly should see this car manufacturer's cars more on the road?
(Fiat is a no-no)
Just off the bull's eye by 1mm.hmm ok, volvo v70 maybe?
Yes!Ah ok so it must be 850R then, right?
The use of chrome and black rubber bumper should point to the period from 60's to the 70's.
And, likely to be an European car...unlikely to be a sporty car.
That's all I can come up with.
Thought about some Simca, but it doesn't match
Austin 1100 and Simca 1100 general shape are indeed quite similar. Could this be an Austin ?well, there are some big similarities with a same name models between these two brands (at least in the general car shape)
Nope, something on the other end of the alphabetAustin 1100 and Simca 1100 general shape are indeed quite similar. Could this be an Austin ?
Ok, so that leaves the Volkswagen 1500 .... which general shape is indeed quite similar to the Simca 1500 .... time to dig into early 70s VWNope, something on the other end of the alphabet

Edit : Wait wait .... Triumph also had the 1300 and 1500 ....
Edit² : That rear bumper really bugs me. Cars from that era either had a full chrome one, a chrome one with a wrap around rubber band or just a basic plastic one. This one has chrome with plastic corners
Could it be a Zastava Yugo 311 ?No something related to where I am from...
