Increase volume from 9.8L to 10.5L to support MSI Suprim X 30XX?

  • Yes, worth the trade off to be more compatible with components

With flipped psu so power cable on top I'm using 35cm which are a little to long.
30 should work but there won't be enough cable to route them any other way then straight to the back so routing them out of sight won't be an option.
I'm happy to send them to you if you can use them you'd only have to pay transport.

Thanks for your goodwill but I think parcel would cost more than the cable itself if you sent one to me. :)
I'll give 35cm a shot. Better to be bit too long than too short for how I want to route them.

Will be shipped to customers who ordered E-White first as a first come first serve basis.

I will make a new powder coated or painted white for T1 V2.0, hopefully with better yields.
What about the other 50% black dec 1-4. batches that being taken hostage from your old manufacturer? I hope I will get my T1 soon.

I'm in no rush to receive a case. With that being said, I'm a part of the December 28th-31st E-White batch. I've seen the announcements and saw you'll be sending a cancel/swap email to those who ordered E-White. Will the email go out after the remaining 25% of E-White's are distributed on a first come first serve basis (those who ordered sooner will receive them until stock runs out)? That's what I'm assuming, but just want to check!

Would those currently with an E-White order be given the option to wait for the white T1 V2.0? I assume a V2.0 (with resolved manufacturing issues for a white color) is quite some time away, so it won't be offered?

2020-12-16: EOL for E-White and Gunmetal, introducing anodized Titanium color.

* from left to right: Black, Gunmetal, Titanium

* from top to bottom: Silver, Titanium, Gunmetal, Black

Does that mean you'll offer an option for silver/silver, or only silver with black side panels?

Just get my build runnning but it seems the lt240 aio does not fit in 3 slot mode? is there any image about how to route the pipe or i should buy a h100i instead?
and my riser cable was blocked by gigabyte b550i's backplate and it is not long enough to reach the correct position, should i remove the backplate?

thanks for helping!

Great news going forward ! Glad you guys were quick to resolve this issue.
However, What about the december 1-4th batch (50%) being held hostage? Why is no one asking about that ? Since you guys changed manufacturer, what will happen to this batch? (Including mine, which is gunmetal)

We are *NOT getting that 50% any time soon, so we are trying to get more in January. It takes 2 weeks just to get the tooling and set up correctly at new factory.

@Wahaha360 More seriously, are you only offering these new cases variants for people who ordered and are waiting for their case or are you planning to put up new customers orders soon? I didn't have the chance to order one because I made my decision for a T1 at the end of november and the orders were already stopped (from what I understood).

No new orders planned. People with existing orders can switch to the new Titanium, but *very limited stock.

@Wahaha360 can you give an estimated date for T1 v2.0? and is there any chance of gunmetal coming back as well for it? I was planning on keeping my current order, but if 2.0 is coming soon-ish with more color options I'll probably buy a temporary nr200 and hop on v2.0.

No estimate for T1 V2.0, because manufacturing unpredictable at the moment. The old Gunmetal prob not.

@Wahaha360 When will you release a new front panel with I/O ports?

So much on our plate, this is push back to 2022. There is not enough bandwidth to do it right until mobo come with USB4.0 (40gb/s) headers.

does this mean, Nov 2-6 batch of e-white will get it or does the Dec 1-4 batch will still be on the priority?

We are down to 40% not shipped for Dec 1-4, so they are priority, then Nov people.

Sorry, if this has been asked before, but I have a RTX 3080 with 320mm on the way and also a T1 on the way. The specs tell me, that the GPU length supported is 315mm, which would mean, the GPU would not fit. On the other side, I have seen Optimum Tech fitting a 3090 FE into the case, which is 313mm in length, but he still had room to route the power cables between it and the panels.
So, do I have to look for another case or is there a chance, that it could fit if I build the case around the GPU as Optimum Tech did? Does anyone have the Gigabyte Vision OC GPU or some other 320mm length card?

Thanks in advance.

Wait for T1v2.0.

Down to 40%, people who are willing to accept Black or Silver color will likely get it faster.

What is your estimated time frame for V2.0? Q3 2021?

No estimate due to manufacturing uncertainty.

No.

Sorry to be a pain, but are the late December orders looking to be back on track, or can we still expect a delay

I had a similar issue with my gigabyte x570 board in a different case. Assuming the b550 is the same, seems like the backplate is part of the cooling soln for the vrms, so you can't just just get rid of it, however you can try doing what I did and route the riser under the backplate (either completely under or out the cutout in the middle. It's held on by a few tiny screws on the back, plus one tiny screw on the top of the board in the corner. Also be careful to note the position of the thermal pad.

Expect delay, we are not able to ship until mid or end of January 2021 if all goes according to plan - and nothing goes according to plan in 2020.

Hi @Wahaha360, I've got a gunmetal that I ordered a while ago now (maybe Semptember?) that was delayed due to the QC issues etc. It was scheduled to ship at the end of December. However, I assume that won't happen now. I don't like the titanium colour, so would like to switch to black if that's OK. I'm happy to wait for it, because of the delays with the 5900X and 3080. Should I just hang out for an email from you? I'm sure you're busy trying to sort things out atm.

Titanium T1s to start off 2021 sounds good to me. While I think the gunmetal T1 would have went nicely with my setup, I think the Titanium will add some much needed contrast!

No new orders planned. People with existing orders can switch to the new Titanium, but *very limited stock.
Why do I sense a battle royale starting?

Are those that were originally in the early Nov batches that were pushed back to Dec 31 due to the QC issues getting priority over early Dec batches for e-white?

Also, if we were to choose silver, would you use the light gray mesh that was originally planned for the e-white? If so, could you post pictures of that combination?

They didn’t get priority over the early December batch, so I doubt they will now.
