You can mod it to put the fan below the heatsink, drops the clearence enough that it should fit
You would have to saw off some of the support. Maybe I'll try but I know that the cpu hold down plate will definitely get in the way.
Yeah, you seem to need to use an a9x14 anyways due to memory and VRM clearance, the l9i specific version running at 2500rpm would probably do very well

I just fixed the weights so it should be slightly less. FedEx ground is recommended, USPS and UPS have been losing packages like crazy.

@Damascus @DSE so If I do the mod for the AXP-100RH, it comes to 50.8mm in height. I sure hope thats not problematic. or I'll need to invest in a Cryorig C7.
