We now have a more reputable OEM for thin-ITX AM4 boards:

ASRock A320TM-ITX
(AnandTech article).

Official ASRock product page.

It has a weird side-mounted HDMI connector (but also a rear-mounted one), looks like it uses the Intel cooler mount, supports both CPUs and APUs, but sadly forces you to choose between NVMe and a dGPU riser. Ought to be nice for an APU build, though.

Very nice! Good find :) But sad about that side mounted HDMI, the VGA like connector could easly be removed and the HDMI placed their.

3 links to the same anandtech article within 3 hours XD there is definitely excitement for some AM4 thin itx. I wonder what pricing & availability will be like

@ermac318 I think those are just traces to misc. stuff on the left side of the board, doesn't seem like PCIe traces to me

Are those PCIe pin traces all the way on the left of the board? Zoom in (enhance!) and you can see it looks like there are enough pins there for a PCIe slot... but who knows if its wired to anything, maybe its leftovers from another board PCB they adapted to this use case.
I was thinking the same, and there are some weird silkscreen markings there too (I sure can't decipher them). Seems weird though, as the orientation is wrong for PIO, and anything else would require an entirely custom case. Who knows, maybe the real origin of this board lies in some obscure custom OEM order with a weirdly placed PCIe slot?

I wonder how many of these stem from the first post here leading to posts in other threads that then led to new posts here :p

Yeah for some reason my browser didn't pull up recent posts when I put that up. Was gonna delete the post, but meh. Anyhow, pretty cool regardless.
