I saw this post on Video Cardz today and noticed that an AMD video shows a single fan GPU (AMD teases mid-range and mainstream Radeon RX 6000 graphics card series - VideoCardz.com). This might be the first GPU from the new generations that will fit into a Velka 3 (175mm in length). Release 1st...

Hi Guys,
First AMD build here, going with a Ryzen 5 3400G on a Gigabyte B450I AEORUS.
Looking at what RAM to add, the motherboard is supposed to run up to 3600MHz memory modules in overclocked mode.
So I was about to buy some 2x 16GB Patriot Viper4 3200MHZ / CL16 modules (~$110) when I saw the...

Did anybody else catch AMD referring to mini-ITX as "MICRO ITX" at 12:45 in their platform video? I know many people make this mistake, but you'd think a major component manufacturer would know better than to flub a major form factor.
Selling some computer parts to downsize my main build. These are all in used or like new condition. The prices exclude shipping (unless stated otherwise), and I can only ship to the US for now.
I'm planning on parting away with my Intel setup (plus with an integrated GPU so I can do test builds...

It seems to be a good 5500XT mini ITX card. Did anyone tried it out/bought it? Where can we buy it?
Hey Guys,
This is the second time posting here on sffnetwork.

Here is the parts list:

I'm wondering if there are better (i.e. faster / quieter) options for fans out there that maybe I'm not aware of? I did my best to compare. Open to any suggestions about anything, not just fans :p
This was my first post (everyone was super helpful)...
Started my quest by twisting some wire fencing together to form some wire "rods" and JB welding them into a frame. I liked the result, but it needed some refining.. and I wanted to go SMALLER.
Bought some 1/2" aluminum angle rods from Lowes and started putting together a frame with more or less...
I'm just waiting on some much needed BIOS updates from AMD but overall I am very pleased to see it come to life.
Huge thanks go to @KSliger for making this custom SM550, you and your team did a fantastic job.
I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out.
I'm building an Mini-ITX Ryzen build. Starting with a Ryzen 5 2600,
Due to the video editing/processing use of this build I need a clear upgrade path into the top of the line Ryzen processors as Ryzen prices drop and resources allow.
What Mini-ITX MBs can support the current Ryzen series from...
I am starting a new build in the Caselabs S3. This will be a long and slow one as I will be utilizing the new AMD 3950x 16 core and most likely the 2080Ti SUPER. So, as I wait for the main components to release it will be a lot of mock up and prep work.
A long story about the case. I originally...
Building a new pc again, after using a laptop for a while, looking to build a PC for light gaming nothing hardcore. Not decided on amd or Intel yet but wondering what the best budget mini itx board out there at the moment. Any suggestions.
I've been recently looking at low profile GPUs; the 1050ti quadruplets, the P1000 and the WX4000, and it got me thinking: Is there any potential for low profile GPUs to get as powerful as their ITX counterparts with the current technology? Say RTX 2070 performance levels?
I was wondering if...

I have run into a support issue with my current build. I was going (still hoping) to use an R5 2600 along side an RX Vega 56 on the new asrock stx A300M motherboard from the DeskMini. I knew ahead of time that the 2600 was not officially supported by the A300, but figured that it should be able...
Hi All,
For the last few months I have been thinking of making a really small build, but to have some graphical performance I needed to use a 2400G or 2400GE (which will be available at some retail stores in the Netherlands at the 4th of March).
Now looking at the common brands non had a Thin...
Hey SFF,
Just recently got into ITX builds. Just bought the geeek a50x case so I'm pretty hyped to get this build started. I was wondering what a more cost effective path would be for gaming (primarily). I see ITX intel boards for pretty cheap but obvi their CPUs are a little more expensive (am...
