What is this wiring menagerie to the board (only using 4 of the six pins to the Molex)?
Why did you not push the sky bracket back all the way to the board and then use a shallow 16mm vandal with wires soldered at 90 deg for front power button access? Then you could have GX16 power out of the back... (or order one of Josh's wood covers and the extra thickness would allow you to use a full-depth vandal with wires at 90 degrees soldered...)
Is that Sammy just laying/ resting on the heat pipes, no brackets?? And what is that combo SATA power/ data cable you used?

Here is a work in progress with an NFC Skyreach Tiny and 400-watt HDplex pushed up against a thin itx board. (not loomed yet and in will be replacing JST connector.) Custom Wood front panel coming. May add reset switch in back below G16 and Hard drive activity light upfront. Also wifi/Bluetooth antenna.

I think you found all the answer! Your build has the same direct 12V plug and Sata connector.
For the Power Switch, I put them on the back with together with the GX16 Power connector. I like to have the front suepr clean.
Wouldn't something like this, paired with the Pentium or Celeron, make an absolutely awesome retro gaming PC? Throw it into the Silverstone Petit case, load it up with ever game under the sun, and you'd have a very mobile console.
Bring back the days of lugging your SNES over to your friend's house!

No joke, I did a quick theoretical build. The prev MB model, paired with a Pentium G6605 2c/4t @4.3GHz + 8GB dual channel RAM + 500GB M.2 SSD + PT13 case and PSU = $400ish PS2 and before retro gaming beast with a larger game library than any console on the planet.Looks at Haswell thin ITX in SS Petit case on the floor next to my desk...
Not sure on current emulation engines for more recent consoles, but with that much single core perf, it might be able to do even more demanding emulation.
Six new Alder Lake ITX boards have gone up on ASRock Industrial.
Three appear to be Thin ITX, although pics aren't up for all of them and the specs listed are not consistent between the web page and the datasheet PDF.

very close to IBM-1222-WV but not Asrock. And you're not stuck with brick power voltage input. But expensive!!!
MITXPC sell the AsRock and Mitac range, they have LGA1200 mainboards and no reason to assume they won't stock LGA1700...
But yes, expensive, and the Asus H610T fits my requirements fine, although would love more SATA ports...

But the brick power is exactly what I want and you can still use an internal AC-DC, like a Meanwell, too with all those thin ITX. I have an L5 chassis and would like to go DC-DC-less (ie. no HDPlex nor PICO PSU) to remove all the cables ... but still have the PCIe-16x slot
But I'm in France and they are in the US ... 349 USD + 20% VAT + USD-EUR conversion fees + shipping + import taxes .... that will end up at 500€ and if I have an issue with the board I have to send it back to the US

Luckily my Asus Q87T is still going strong, a fanless build in an HDPlex H1. That's one of the reasons that I'd be happy going with the Asus Pro H610T this time, widely available in Europe now (Geizhals). But why not in US, Asia or Australia?
Finally getting my 2 Thin ITX Build finished!
1. Luna Design DNK (I have this since 2017 laying around!)
JOBO - Viewnote TA330 + AMD 4750G, 2x8gb Crucial 3200 MHz DDR4 (BIOS can only run them at 2666MHz), Samsung 980 500GB, Samsung 860 Pro 1TB SATA, Intel WIFI 9260AC.
I've replaced the stock cooler with a Noctua L9i CHromax. For a few mm the fan was hitting it, so I've placed some standoff to raise the bottom (I've only 5/6mm standoff, though, trying to look for 3mm one.)
I will try to replace the fan as well with a thicker one for less noise and more airflow (The Aksasa from another Cooler - I should have space, I hope?)
Another option will be to remove the Sata SSD and check the performance with a Noctua Fan, but I am not sure if there will be enough space for airflow (Without standoff doesn't fit at all.)
2. NFC S4T Brickless
ASrock X300TM + AMD 5700G, Black Ridge + 120mm Arctic Slim Fan, 2x16GB Crucial 3200 @3600 18-20-20-40, Crucial P5 500GB, Samsung 860 EVO 1TB Sata, Intel WIFI6 AX200.
Powered by HDPlex 400W plugged directly to the MB. Front and Bacl panel Lasercut from 3mm Matte Black Acrylic, and I/O Sihled
Thanks to the Thin ITX format I was able to fit a 120mm Arctic Slim fan below the Black Ridge, and guys it is SO QUIET!
Under stress the Temp doesn't go above 70C.
Core Performance Boost is Enabled (PBO Ovverride Disabled) and GPU Overclocked at 2300MHz @ 1.150V
Also, I've placed on each mosfet around the Enzotech Mosfet Heatsink. (They fit below the Black Ridge +120mm fan, but NOT with a Noctua L9i, because too tall.)

Here the S4T with 5700G and Black Ridge+120mm Fan performance and temp after a Blender Rendering and 20 minutes of Cinebench.
With Core Performance Boost Enabled and PBO Disabled, all core during Multithread stay around 4/4.1 GHz.
With PBO in AUTO, during multithread workloads, all cores goes at 4.5ghz, but of course not being an overclock boards, the VRM temperature let the clocks drop constantly to 3.8GHz, and then try to go up again, etc etc.

Wow DDR 5.0 and Bet I know where the Positive 19V pins are? Non std brick jack. CNVI as well. No unusable com port and 2 Lan connections. If only they had made a combo 1200/1700 heatsink mounting system it would be perfect. PCIE 4X slot is Gen 3.0.
