s4mini brickless 200w build help

so currently I have a NODE-202 based sff pc that I bring to school with me instead of a laptop but its starting to hurt my back being so heavy

I want to downsize to an s4 mini

so im planning on keeping the motherboard cpu and ram
im going to also keep the drives and put them on the skybracket
swap the cryorig c7 for an noctua l9a-am4

then I need the hdplex 200dc and 200 ac
my question is:

I cant figure out how to use sketchup or I could probably answer this myself

with that card and its cooler design will the hdplex 200 ac fit in the bottem next to the gpu?
and if it doesent does the 200ac fit between the motherboard and the front bezel where people normally put the 400dc in higher power builds?

Yes. Width wise it doesn't overextend the expansion slot cover, that means it should fit.

Not sure about the motherboard side cause you normally have a 24 pin plugin dc board there, but on the gpu size you have enough space. S4M internal width is 215mm, your gpu length is 152mm and hdplex 200 is 40mm tall. On the motherboard size your clearance is like 45mm but some pdcb can overhang so YMMV.


That said.... do you realise that gpu is an OC model? That it has 6 pin power and can guzzle 105W (maybe more, didn't bother to check reviews)?
With 65W cpu, an hdd (10W maybe), you're cutting it close to your choice of brick. Just saying.

Also I noticed something off.. your link says 'mini itx gaming oc' but looking at the newegg product page it looks like the standard gaming oc, with 2 fans and all.

If so, It's too long to even fit.

Edit: it could be a wrong link I'm seeing (I'm in AU could be a redirect). But my point is don't get the oc model of 1650 because it meant the card will have power pins and that meant it will draw more than 75W. Breakdown below:
Gpu 75W
Cpu 65W
Hdd 10W
Ssd+nvme 10W
Motherboard 20W

That's 180W - 20W headroom for your 200W brick.
