NICE! Not too much bigger! How about a uhhh comparison of the front and sides too please?
Let's. Otherwise ask to much of him guys. He already seemed a bit stressed out I'm sure all of your questions will be answered in the video he uploads size etc. And for the person that said something about vertical stability. Based on the images this case should be more sturday. Due to the double stamping on the bends on the sides. In those spots the case should be about 3mm thick. I don't think you'll have anything to worry about that. Plus the top and bottom panels wrapping around the sides also adds additional thickness there so after the panels I'd say 4.5mm if I'm not mistaken. This case will be as solid as a rock. I don't think anyone will have anything to worry about. You won't be able to bend the top because of the way the panels wrap on the sides. Where it's so thick there it won't allow the panel to pull. It was an excellent engineering decision in my opinion. Kudos to you Josh. I love it it is perfect. And already extremely rugged.
I don't think there will be enough room for the HDPlex 300W, at least not without taking the shell off and taking your chances. The inner enclosure width is still 57mm and the width of the HDPlex 300W AC-DC is still 62mm.
Turn it on its side, put it in front of the mobo or gpu and have it rest inside of a custom recessed front panel made of wood, plastic or metal.

There's actually no inner frame beneath the GPU and between the side panels, so it could fit there.
I’m really starting to like this design! I know it’s too early to know but will there still be drive mounts like the S4 or have they been moved? I didnt see where they were but I could have just missed them too. I don’t know if the fans mounts also support drives, if that’s the case then that’s really cool!

Isn't this the "classic S4 Mini", not the new redesigned one? I'd really prefer a different name for the new one since the design is so visually different. Maybe S5 mini since its exactly 5 liters?

The new one has the screw holes on the sides (horizontally), or top/bottom if its standing on end. The picture posted has the screw holes on the top (horizontally) which is how the original S4 mini was.

Yeah I couldn't tell on mobile, needed the larger screen to notice the depth.
Digging the redesign but I'm gonna have to mod a wraparound bezel or something.

Did someone say powdercoat! I love me some nice paint work! Also what size power button will fit the new S4 skyreach? I want to get a black one to match the front when pre-orders launch.
