Bump update for those who helped 
I set my cpu to sync cores at 4.3.
Made an offset voltage - 0.075.
Now I can't get it over 85c and it idles at 32-40c.
The vcore's highest peak now is 1.285v.
Overall I'm very happy with the new results, seems like I got a pretty good setting for my cpu in that tiny case.
