Does anyone have any news on the release of L9i chromax?

My expectation was Q1 of this year, since that didn't happen, I contacted their support team a couple of weeks ago to ask about the Chromax NF A9x14, and the response I got was the current expectation for additions to the Chromax line is the second half of 2019.

Let's hope it's sooner than later..

I think it's ridiculous that they show these at Computex 2018, with expected release of end of 2018 or Q1 2019, and then nothing comes, and then we hear dates such as 2020, etc. What are they doing? I hope they don't show these again at Computex 2019.

I'll have a chat with Noctua when I'm at Computex and demand answers :)

If you could inquire as to Chromax versions of the NF-A12x25 PWN / NF-A12x15 PWM & when we might see a Chromax NF-A14x25 PWM offering...?!?

I am pretty sure what answers they will give. ;) It will be about R&D takes time, problems with color pigments that change the aerodynamic and structural properties of the fans, etc. They should just admit that taking them seriously on release dates is pointless.

The CPU limit of Chimera MachOne is 143mm
Noctua's latest U-type cooler in the future is 140 mm, which is generally 145 mm after installing fans.
Awkward 2mm.
hope you can also communicate with each other.

That cooler is for 140mm fans, it isn't 140mm tall. It says on the card it's based on the NH-U14S, so it's probably the same height (165mm).

Noctua has indicated in the past that they have no interest in developing an intermediary cooler between the ~130mm tall C-type and 92mm-fan tower coolers, and the full size ~160mm coolers.

I have no say in SFFLab products as they are a standalone company, FYI. I can influence but I have no definitive determination in deciding dimensions.
