I have watched from the sidelines for about 3 years how has Josh has created and has developed the 4TF case design.
Talking to a friend with a 3D printer the other week, he said he had considered it but hadn't justified a test print of the frame, so would be happy to print one out to see how it works and for me to have a play with it.
Here it is as delivered a couple of weeks ago
There are 7 parts to the frame: Front plate, Front fan filter holder, Back plate plus the 4 support beams
All the parts laid out with the screws.
I translated the screw specifications from the specs set out by Josh | NFC from "freedom units" to metric, and ordered a bunch of 3.5mm x 10mm and 3.5mm x 25mm thread forming screws with T10 pan heads in black oxide
