Just dug these up - The prices aren't too bad, either. Connector looks to be the same as the other Dell laptop cards, with that strange grid connector on flex PCB.
There are a few AMD models with 2-grid inputs and a DC jack, and some Nvidia models with 3-grid connectors and a DC jack.
Big benefit to these - They have their own HDMI and DP plugs!!
