I searched Google for "Citroen H Van Japan Kei" and came across this Reddit post that shows the vehicle (the MM in the grill), but I cannot find the actual name of the make and model.

No for both, it is modified with that front grill but it's not that model. It's something much smaller, you could say it's a ... (word that is not very OK nowadays )
