I do not think I am correct, but my guess is a late 1920s-early 1930s Duesenberg Model A Phaeton.

Sunbeam 20 maybe ?

Manufacturer name is super blurry but fairly sure it starts with <SU>, the AA logo is from the british insurrance <the Automobile Association>. Wikipedia has either Sunbeam or Sunbeam-Talbot when looking for old british car manufacturers.
