I was thinking something Lotus, but can't find a match. Hint time?

I was looking at the Italians like Lamborghini, De Tomaso and similar... but can't quite clock this one.

My first impression was a Pantera but doesn't seem to be quite there.. maybe a different generation??

::EDIT:: Oh actually maybe the 1972 Pantera is closer to the right one! I was sure I'd seen something that looked like the image above at an Italian car expo in Lonsdale St and maybe I was right after all

Thought it was a Toyota Pixis Truck at first but maybe a Daihatsu Hijet with a camper/box back.
So many different variations of these that they just blend into the mix here

After searching a little more I found that the Toyota Pixis Truck is actually a Daihatsu Hijet Truck rebranded… so I’m gonna lock in both models as the answer.
And the box/camper bit is almost definitely aftermarket.

It's not a model currently available on the Stage21.co.jp website. Custom build body on one of the kei trucks Kaji mentioned.
