Only one I can think that had the front indicator inside the grille was maybe an Alfa from the early 60s, can’t remember the name to look it up. Probably a woman’s name or a 3-digit number

OH looks like they came in a different version slightly later maybe -> "Alfa Romeo 2000 Spider" has this grille


Looks spot on except that the indicator is a bit too big compared to the one you posted. Wonder if they also had variants of those..
