I found this packard but I don't think it's the one.

So.. this one was always gonna be super hard because it's a one-off concept coach-built vehicle based off key elements from a handful of iconic Art Deco vehicles.

• Body styling is inspired by Ralph Lauren's 1937 Bugatti
• Fenders are inspired by a custom 1937 Delahaye
• Lights and windshield are inspired by a 1936 Mercedes Benz
• Colouring and interior are inspired by the custom 1935 Duesenberg SJ Speedster built for the Maharajah

::EDIT:: If nothing else - the above key words would have to get you pretty close but if not:
Think of an ancient mythological underwater city...

i spend the last two days seaching and i got nothing

1970s, made in the USA on a custom chassis produced by a third party for this vehicle.

CL class? Idk about the generation numbers though

I think maybe it's the E-Class coupe? It's honestly hard to tell there's so many variants within Mercedes Benz model families.

::EDIT:: The chrome trim looks a lot like the CL-class (e.g. CL500) though, you're right @riba2233
