Increase volume from 9.8L to 10.5L to support MSI Suprim X 30XX?

  • Yes, worth the trade off to be more compatible with components

  • No, not worth it b/c it is not better than the ROG 30XX, which fits now at <10L

@Wahaha360 Quick question: What type / size of screw is used on the top and bottom panels?
Reason: My T1 top panel stripped on the left side, and I'd like to get a set of slightly longer screws to reach the thread that didn't strip.

Thank you!

Does anyone here have experience with alphacool's TPV nylon fittings? I haven't been able to find any of the metal ones in stock in the US, and the shipping from Germany is insane.

Sorry to change the subject, but for watercooling do you all recommend going with 10/16mm tubing (EKWB ZMT tubing), or 10/13mm (clear tubing)? I personally like the look of the ZMT tubing more, however I am worried with the V1.2 dual rad build will be that that the tubes will be to thick to fit.

I just don't want to buy all these fittings for my v1.1 build and then have to switch over for when I transfer to V1.2
I also recommend 13/10 as it is much easier to work with in a small case. If you want black 13/10 I have been using this and it works fine.

Damn, I just bought a lot of fittings for alphacool's TPV 12.7/7.6. Oh well, I'm sure I will still be happy with this. I'm surprised though that I couldn't find that sooner.

I used TPV 12.7/7.6 in my T1 build and still using it to this day albeit in the NR200 now. It should serve you just fine with whatever loop you want to build. the highlight is definitely the 90 degree rotary adapter - it is very low profile and you don't have to get the Koolance elbow fitting unless you need a double-90 turn in your loop

That's good to know! If you don't mind me asking, why did you swap from a T1 to the NR200?

Can someone tell me what these accessories/brackets are meant for? The ones that are outlined in rectangles.

Green: These go below the GPU I/O tab. The longer one is for 3 slot mode, the shorter one is for 2 slot mode.
Red: This goes above the GPU I/O tab. This one is used for 3 slot mode.
Purple: Same as red, but this one is used for 2 slot mode.
You can see how all the above are fitted in this picture.

Pink: This is for mounting a 2.5" SSD at the front of the case.
Blue: These are for mounting a 240mm radiator, as these will sit lower than the longer fan brackets above them.

2021-04-29: Need some help from 3080FE owners

Can someone with 3080 FE, measure the height of the 12P connector above the GEFORCE RTX metal plane of the GPU?

Trying to find out from the gold fingers to the edge of the 12P connector, what is the total height of the GPU.

Like to attempt a big update to the T1 V1.2/V1.5, but need this info.

If you want a quick estimation, measuring the top of my spare PCIE connector (11.5mm), assuming an angle of 45 degrees then the top is ~8mm above the fins area. So maybe ~6mm?

My 3080 FE is water-blocked right now but has the original backplate. The backplate is 98mm wide, backplate + 12pin female housing is 102mm.
