I was working on my case changing the cooler and put one panel on flipped it over and out popped this heatsink, I think...

I'll go down the list of parts I have in case.
Asrock ab350 itx
Noctua l9a
Ryzen 1700
Zotac 1080 mini
G-unique archdemon
Lian li 300mm type a
Flare x 3200
Modivio case

I powered it on and it was fine just don't want something to overheat.

Yeah found out that its a part of the inductor from the mobo. Was trying to install a dynatron a18 and didn't realize it was pressed against the 2 on the asrock board. At some point It came loose, I was told to get some pattex repair metal power epoxy to fix it. But I'm having trouble locating some that won't take months to get here. So I'm searching for a loctite which seems the more popular brand here. But I'm not sure which to get.

Maybe try to RMA your mobo if you can and/or get a new mobo. This is not a common repair (that I am aware of), so you're kind of on your own here.

I bought the board well over 6 months ago on eBay used. I agree not finding much on Google but was in touch with Guryhwa in case it came from the g-unigue.

He told me to use a specific epoxy gel. I am looking for a rog strix b350 itx but they seem out of stock everywhere.
