Thanks for the updates. Your temps don't seem worrisome if thats what you see after things are heat soaked. I'm curious if they are any different if the case is arranged horizontally. Maybe a couple of small fans exhausting out the top if you keep it vertical. Just spitballing really.

I have had really good results under volting my 1700 so maybe you could mess with that on the CPU side.

In inverted the Zotac card, and drilled many little holes to suck air from underneath the chassis (assuming the rubber feet are installed). If I hold my hand underneath the PC I can feel a significant amount of cool air being pulled in from the underside. Might not be optimal, but it seems to keep temps within an acceptable range.
