Bought the Akasa. I had exceeding low expectations so maybe thats the reason I am pleasantly suprised.
At 0% PWMs they spin at 650 RPM and are basically silent. At load they aren't any louder than the stock 92mm GPU fans.
Wished they stop spinning at 0% PWM like the stock fans did, but since they are silent I don't mind and the idle GPU temps are now 27c instead of 57c.

I'm very unimpressed with the 80x15 noideblockrrs. I found the 80x15 coolermaster fans much better but they come in about 16mm thick.

Yeah the other one, just checked were Silenx also ~16mm, gold color, and quiet on an LNA cable but 3-pin

At first I was hesitant about the Coolermaster because they were also 3pin instead of PWM, but motherboard control is so good these days I didn't find any issues setting the fan curve just how I wanted it.

Update on the Scythe fans after I finally got around to putting them in. Out of the three I bought one of them had bearing noise between 20-40% speed so I'd order an extra fan or two since they're cheap anyway. The two good fans are nice and quiet with a Fan Control auto profile at 25-40%, very happy with them.

Speculation
Based on the specifications found here https://www.amazon.com/A8010-27CB-3AN-F1-2500RPM-23-3CFM-80X80X10MM-Cooling/dp/B0BR3KSG7T, rebadges of the Fly Upwards Electron DF0801012SELN have the following ratings:

• Maximum motor speed is 2500 RPM, 800 RPM seems to be minimum for PWM variants.
• Maximum air flow is 23.3 CFM.
• Sound is rated at 28 dBA.

They look believable, but I still think someone should test all of these obscure fans with incomplete specs just to be sure.

The Velkase VF-8010-PWM is likely a rebadge of the Shenzhen XinYuJie XYJ12B8010L, XYJ12B8010M, or XYJ12B8010H. If my eyes aren't lying, this image from this imgur album https://imgur.com/gallery/velka-3-build-kBlawQW partially exposes the VF-8010-PWM fans' logo. The design and color of its logo is nearly a 1:1 match with the exception of the blurry labels. I also noticed that all XinYuJie fans with ball bearings are given a two-tone white and sky blue logo, two-tone lime green or burgundy logo = sleeve.

I don't recommend using the SilverStone Nitrogon NT08-115XP's sleeve bearing fan considering its inferior specs when compared to the fans above:

• Maximum motor speed is 3400 RPM, minimum is 1200 RPM.
• Maximum air flow is 15.98 CFM, minimum is 5.64 CFM.
• Maximum static pressure is 0.0956 inch H2O, minimum is 0.0118 inch H2O.
• Sound is rated at 16.5 to 28.98 dBA
• MTTF is rated at 40,000 hours.

The only thing that saves it from being completely outmatched is the static pressure advantage that it has, but I don't think it's worth it in my opinion.

To be fair people often use it as case fans, where the "smol airflow is better than no airflow" applies.
