Looks like Zongshi is coming out with a new revision of their ZS-A4 case. 7.5L, with two models. Model A supports 60mm height CPU coolers and 42.5mm thick graphics cards, Model B supports 48mm height CPU coolers and 54.5mm thick graphics cards.

Hmm I'll be keeping a lookout for the model B. Also I hope they improve on the build quality. I had the ZSA4s, and while the build is far from bad, it could be improved especially the top/bottom sliding panels which are quite loose.

Daym really? I really liked their old model and was considering ordering it, this revision does away with the top/bottom fans and I'm not a fan of it >.>

M-ATX taobao browsing, along with some extra 240 stuff.

M99 MATX
28 cm x 27 cm x 12 cm = 9.07L, but requires 1U PSU, CPU cooler height of 65mm, GPU length max 265mm
Honestly quite surprising, they fit that all in 9L

PSU for above

QDIY MATX
390 mm x 170mm x 440mm = 29.17L, no way is it SFF, but interesting acrylic case, though probably sucks for heat management

DENG F15
265 mm x 178 mm x 330 mm = 15.57L, CPU cooler height of 150mm (!), and GPU length of 320mm
I think someone else has mentioned the F12, but this it the big brother. Aesthetically, looks to be the fanciest microwave I've ever seen. It seems it was made only for ITX or DTX, but I muse whether it can fit MATX if the PSU bracket could be rigged to another location.

MJ3
303mm * 188mm * 400mm = 22.79L
Little smaller than the Thermaltake Core G3, CPU cooler height 130mm, GPU length 280mm

SKTC A03
324mm * 161mm * 393mm = 20.5L
I might have mentioned this one before, but gonna post again just in case. MATX is actually 22.3cm x 24.4cm, not the 24.4cm x 24.4cm, but who knows, maybe some modding can do the trick for the latter. I want to hazard a guess that a 360 radiator is possible with this one.

240 rad stuff ___

Jonsbo Sandwich style
169mm x 273mm x 340mm = 15.69L
Jonsbo is now into this form factor. This one supports 240 rad on top, CPU height of 71mm, GPU length of 325mm

Seven-A4 SFX-A4 SL-A4 iTX
315mm x 140mm x 250mm = 11L
CPU height of 50mm, GPU length of 308mm, rather surprisingly small. Seller has few pictures, so will put some buyer review pictures here.

That jonsbo a4 sandwich style seems interesting. I think something like a silverstone td02-slim aio would work at the bottom with a total of 37mm in height (22mm aio+ 15mm fans) and a standard 240mm aio/radiator at the top

cool to see a version that supports sfx and full size graphics cards. I wonder if it could be made smaller by using a tfx power supply

Yep, I'm looking for smallest case with TFX PSU without any success, as I think that flex PSU will be too loud (btw several sellers are offering modded flex PSU and promising that they will be very quiet, is this true?)
So far smallest case with SFX PSU that I found is Sunmilo S01 A4 (27x20x13), but it's expensive, almost same size SGPC K55 (30x17x11) much cheaper.

Now I'm choosing between SGPC K55 and cases with flex PSU M24mini (22x18x10) or SGPC K39 (22x18x10).
I need small and as quiet as possible PC for travel and casual gaming...
Could somebody advise anything else?

Different people have different noise tolerances. I find mine to be louder than I'd like, but with a quieter fan swapped in it could be better. The design of those cases is similar to mine, which I quite like, but I think it would run cooler with some front ventilation

Small and quietest as possible is bound to be an APU solution. Flex PSU is not going to be quiet. Easiest is probably going to be the Geek Lab 2.9L case with a meanwell PSU as pictured

those 240 A4+ cases can fit MATX if you don't use a 240 eh?
Mobo mounting holes might not line up, and if the 240 rad is on top then definitely not (io wouldn't line up) and depending on layout (thinking ghost/dan layout) the width of the Mobo would interfere with where the PSU is.

Ah you are right. Forgot about the width.

Some great finds there thanks @MrClippy!
I'm intrigued by 9L of mATX case, but can't see the benefit of a design where the riser has to be used in the top slot and thereby renders the rest useless.
There aren't that many great mATX boards with a decent 8x slots in the lower position (slot 4) that would do a GPU justice.
You may be able to use slot 1 there for a LP capture card or to fit a PCIe to NVMe M.2 adaptor.
That layout doesn't seem to make the best use of the additional benefits of mATX real estate, other than 4 DIMM slots over 2 on ITX.

The Coolfish S3 with its SFX PSU and 9.4L is quite attractive to my eye.
Also, on further thought, the PSU in the M99 could be LOUD with a small fan in the way most 1U and Flex PSUs are.

I found this video review of the SZ-A4S. I believe it's the first one on YouTube I've seen for such a case.
