Hey all, i'm buglord and I come from far away lands. My goal is to get the i7 8700 running as cool as possible, without resorting to delidding. It looks like I can accomplish quite a lot with some undervolting, and that requires messing around with the motherboard in the BIOS.
Here's a pic of the most relevant settings I could find, which I've adjusted. MCE is turned off, XMP is turned on and is manually set to hit 2592Mhz (I dunno how to get it to 2666 but it seems close enough)
