Lol, took me time to spot the motherboard under that heatsink. What model is it ? Xeon CPU I guess from the RAM slots orientation.
There's actually another 5.25" fan controller above that .With the exception of that 5.25" ODD, that should be able to fit in a Node 304, even the NH-D14.
