I've been wanting to get a 3D printer for a while, but I'm only going to get one once I can make my own 3D models in Blender.

I'm planning to learn using this course which a few people I've spoken to say is a great way to learn:

I think I might start with something cheaper like that little Bambu Labs A1 Mini. I need to get this done before I start my Ghost S1 build later this year as I want to print a fan mount and some cable management clips for it.

If you're wanting to learn 3D modeling...the two go hand in hand. Although, waiting isn't a bad idea. FDM and resin printers are both advancing massively every year--the result being high-end fancy features became "cheap" and normal.

TinkerCAD came up as a recommendation in a "3D printing for wood working" video I watched recently.

To be honest it looked like the 3D version of MS-Paint, but maybe I should look for a tutorial for it if it's better suited for the job.

If I have the time, I'd still like to learn Blender, but my main reason to learn some sort of 3D software was to design or tweak my own parts.

The way TinkerCAD works is like playing clay / play-doh - to make a complex 3D shape, you add simple, built-in object on top of another object. Similarly, you remove shape by.. cutting it away.

FreeCAD or Fusion360 is more sophisticated, and with my current skillset, unfortunately I'm not yet able to offer any analogy.

I hope you're putting some more support for that table though, that'll vibrate like a complete bastard

I'll second this. I have that kind of shelving system in my pantry, and it's not super stable.

Some large isolation feet under the printer might help a bit, but I'd also put additional support on the edge where you have the spirit level.
